10 followers = x of comments
x= ?
I've been stuck on this math problem for a while now, just wondering. X always seems to equal between 1-4 which is cool, but still doesn't exactly add up, feel me?

You've missed the most important hiden variable in you equation. You must make X amout of comments on your 10 followers blogs in order to recive the max amount of comments from them. Also you recive max about of unknown comments when your blog is of interest to your 10 followers. If they aint into it they wont comment..thats what i've noticed on mine any way, LOL! PLUS some ppl are just slack with theirs so they dont be on to make comments so will tryin to solve your equation you must consider the other hiden factor.
Here's the deal Mike, sometimes people just don't feel like commenting your material. But they take the time to read it but they chose not to comment. It's okay not to comment like one post. But if you consistently just read post and don't leave comments then it makes the writer feel...well...writer's like feedback so it would be nice to get some every once in awhile. I had like a whole week with no comments and i was upset but now i don't care as much because i kno people are still reading and enjoying it.
another thing is of those 10 followers, 3 of'em aren't even active (reefa, terry & kam) and 3 of'em i've never seen before nor have i seen any of'em them comment any of your posts so i dont know bout them so if you do da math... that leaves 4 so it looks like thats gonna be your max amount of post. so really the equation really should be
10followers - x < 5
